Warm up:

  • High knees x 10 reps
  • High knees with twist x 10 reps
  • High knees x 10 reps
  • High knees with twist x 10 reps

Remember to engage core (Warming up legs, abs and butt)

Exercise 1 (Working butt and abs)

Knee up, touch floor x 20 reps

Bring butt low whilst engaging core and keeping chest high

Exercise 2 (Working butt, abs and arms)

Squat Pulse, arm rolls x 20 reps

Keep elbows up and core engaged

Exercise 3 (Working core, arms and butt)

Lunge, twist, punch x 20 reps

Stay low when twisting and stay over your centre

Exercise 4 (Working abs, arms, shoulders and butt)

Squat plank x 20 reps

Keep shoulders, wrists and elbows in line, palms on the floor
