Banana and Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 350ml unsweetend almond milk
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the chia seeds into a food processor and blend until smooth

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds, mix properly and leave to stand for about 10 minutes

Mix again, pour into your glass containers and place in the fridge covered

Leave to stand overnight and enjoy as breakfast in the morning or as a healthy snack/ guilt free dessert throughout the day

Decorate with toppings of your choice; I used slices of banana, strawberries, coconut shavings and raw cacao nibs

Notes

They will keep in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days
