Chocolate Hemp Energy Bites

Serves: about 18 energy bites Cooking Time: 30 mins


  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 100g hemp seeds (shelled)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon water



Mix all ingredients in a food processor until sticky dough is formed


Roll into balls


Place in freezer for about 20 minutes to set


Store in an airtight container in the fridge
